With the conflict in Ukraine in its third year of unrelenting attacks, rolling blackouts, and skyrocketing inflation, Ukraine’s Jews and Jewish communities still depend on our help to ensure their very survival.
Each day, JDC continues uninterrupted life-saving care for tens of thousands of Ukraine’s vulnerable Jews — the elderly, children, the newly impoverished, the internally displaced, and refugees.
Ongoing food, medicine, housing, homecare, trauma support, education initiatives for children, and employment assistance, as well as seasonal winter survival aid, enable Ukrainian Jews to move forward with hope. Jewish communities remain resilient — even as they live under desperate circumstances — through JDC’s network of Jewish Community Centers (JCCs) and Hesed social service centers, ensuring a vibrant Jewish future.
