- 1 medium zucchini
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 bunch dill
- 2 tbsp. sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 3–4 tbsp. flour
- 3–4 tbsp. semolina
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste

- Grate the zucchini and carrot. Finely chop the onion and dill, and add to the vegetable mixture.
- Add sour cream, eggs, salt, pepper, flour, and semolina. Mix everything together.
- Make small patties, and fry them over medium heat until they’re golden-brown.
