Ingredients for Boikos (Cheesy Biscuits)

  1. 1 cup yogurt (preferably a Bulgarian or Greek yogurt, not sweet yogurt)
  2. Two eggs, separated
  3. ¾ cup vegetable oil
  4. 1 tsp. baking powder
  5. 1–2 cups flour
  6. Pinch of salt
  7. Sesame seeds, to taste
  8. Feta cheese, to taste

Instructions for Boikos (Cheesy Biscuits)

  1. Preheat oven to 420 degrees. Mix everything together, except the egg yolks and sesame seeds, until you have a fine dough.
  2. Make small balls of dough, and cover them with the egg yolks and sesame seeds.
  3. Bake for about 5 to 10 minutes, until golden brown.
