Ingredients

  1. 12–15 radishes
  2. Dill, to taste
  3. Parsley, to taste
  4. 10 scallions
  5. 1 cup sour cream, or more to taste
  6. 4 ¼ cups kefir (1 liter)
  7. ½ tsp. salt
  8. Juice from ¼ of a lemon
  9. 5–6 hard-boiled eggs, diced (optional)
  10. Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Finely chop vegetables and greens.
  2. Add salt, sour cream, and lemon juice.
  3. Add kefir and mix with spoon.
  4. Add salt and pepper and hard-boiled eggs (optional).
  5. Serve cold.
