Ingredients for Pelamushi

  1. 1 liter grape juice
  2. 100 grams corn flour
  3. 50 grams wheat flour
  4. Sugar, to taste
  5. Walnuts, to taste

Instructions for Pelamushi

  1. Sift the cornmeal, and mix it with grape juice in a pot. While stirring, bring to a boil over low heat.
  2. Add wheat flour and sugar. Once the mixture has thickened, remove from heat.
  3. Pour into molds or bowls that are lined with a bit of water. Sprinkle with walnuts (optional) and let cool.
