Instructions for Pelamushi
- Sift the cornmeal, and mix it with grape juice in a pot. While stirring, bring to a boil over low heat.
- Add wheat flour and sugar. Once the mixture has thickened, remove from heat.
- Pour into molds or bowls that are lined with a bit of water. Sprinkle with walnuts (optional) and let cool.
